Bakersfield, CA: 5-1-10: Hathaway LLC completed the acquisition of Bonanza Creek Energy Operating Companies 50% WI in the Jasmin Oil Field. Hathaway LLC now has a 100% WI in the field. "This transaction almost doubles the size of Hathaway LLC from a net BOPD standpoint. Jasmin is an asset we know very well and has a significant amount of upside that will allow us to grow through several low risk drilling oportunities.
