BAKERSFIELD, CA 1-29-10: For over two years Hathaway LLC has been leasing PUD acerage in the Kern Front Oil and Gas Field located in Kern County, CA. Upon completion of the acquisition period Hathaway LLC and its partners formed Hathaway Partners LLC to begin development of the Davies Realty Company lease. Both oil and gas wells were completed and the oil saturations encountered were exceptional along with excellent permeability.Currently the partners are preparing to begin cyclic steaming. Its believed that there are approximately 15+ additional locations on the Davies Realty Company lease. Estimated recoverable reserves with secondary recovery is estimated at 740MMBO+/-.
