Mr. Yarlot joined Hathaway LLC in October 2012 as the company Geologist. He brings over 30 years of experience as a Petroleum Geologist. Before joining Hathaway, Mr. Yarlot served as Geological Advisor for Vintage Production California LLC from April 2006 to October 2012. At Vintage, Mr. Yarlot was the Thermal Asset Team geologist for North Antelope Hills, where production increased from 100 to over 1,500 BOPD after steamflood development. Prior, Mr. Yarlot was geologist for Berry Petroleum, Gulf Oil and Chevron. Mr. Yarlot has a Bachelor of Science in Geology from Indiana University and an M.Sc. degree in Geology from the University of Kansas.
Director of HR
Ms. Siemens joined Hathaway LLC in 2007 and currently holds the position of Director of Human Resources & Administration. She is responsible for management of employee benefit programs, personnel policies and procedures, and administrative services. She previously served as the business manager of Payzone Directional Services, Inc., a related oilfield services company specializing in directional drilling. While at Payzone, she helped to establish and manage three locations including the headquarters in Bakersfield, CA and operations in Utah and Colorado. Shelley has a Certificate of HR Management from California State University, Bakersfield.
Mr. Knight joined Hathaway LLC as the company’s Controller in May of 2017. Previously, Knight was an Operations Specialist for Chevron’s Supply and Trading division on the West Coast. In this role, he was responsible for blending and shipping products between various refineries, as well as bunkering marine vessels. Additionally, Mr. Knight has held roles as Decision Analyst Advisor for Chevron’s SJVBU, Project Controls Analyst for Occidental Petroleum, and various positions in banking. Mr. Knight earned a Bachelor’s degree in Financial Economics from California State University, Bakersfield in 2011 and a Master’s in Finance and Economics from Durham University, England in 2015.
Mr. Huge joined Hathaway LLC in January of 2016. He previously worked in the automotive industry as a Supervisor, Manufacturing Engineer and Materials Planner for Neapco, and has since employed the same “lean” concepts in the oil & gas industry. Mr. Huge has a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from Central Michigan University, where he played Division I Football for the Chippewas.
Mr. McLoughlin joined Hathaway LLC in January of 2017. He previously worked for Bonanza Creek Energy, Inc. and as a contract Landman in the Rocky Mountain region. Mr. McLoughlin has a Bachelor of Business Administration in Land/Energy Management from Colorado Mesa University, where he attended on a baseball Scholarship.
Engineering Technician/Regulatory Lead
Ms. Allen is the Engineering Tech & Regulatory Lead for Hathaway LLC, having joined the team in February 2011. Prior to starting her career with Hathaway, Ms. Allen spent years as a Sales Supervisor, Inside Sales Lead, Executive Assistant, and an Account Representative. Ms. Allen has worked for over 20 years with a diverse range of organizations, including Pacific Energy Resources, Impact Technologies, Sony Semiconductor Company of America, and Seiko Instruments USA.
MATTHEW GILLIGAN, CPA
Senior Tax Accountant
Mr. Gilligan joined Hathaway in 2016, bringing with him over 15 years of experience in financial reporting and tax compliance services. He is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration with a double major in accounting and finance, graduating magna cum laude from California State University, Bakersfield. Previously, Mr. Gilligan held a management position at Brown Armstrong, overseeing numerous oil related businesses both domestic and abroad. Matthew’s experience in oil and gas accounting led him to become the acting treasurer of the Petroleum Accountant’s Society of California, a professional organization comprised of the oil and gas industry’s most knowledgeable and influential accounting professionals.
Mr. Krinitt joined Hathaway LLC in January 2018 as an Engineering Tech. Most of his experience stems from the Round Mountain Oil field where he began his career with Macpherson Energy at the age of 18 as a roustabout. Prior to beginning his career at Hathaway, Mr. Krinitt worked for Macpherson Energy as the company’s Production Analyst. In this role, he was responsible for monitoring production of various EOR projects and working amongst Reservoir Engineers and Field Operators to optimize production. Mr. Krinitt is currently pursuing a degree in Engineering from Bakersfield College.
